The perfect spring and summer mix! This shipment includes our long-awaited Blanc de Blancs Sparkling Wine. We harvested the fruit in 2020 and took our time to ferment and age the wines over two years. This 100% Chardonnay sparkling follows the traditional Methode Champenoise indicating that the secondary fermentation happens in the bottle. This dry, delightful sparkler bursts its bubbles in celebration of whatever the night brings. Add to the mix our Symposium Rosé which is perfect for the sunshine with its medium bodied nectarine-y, citrus goodness.
